At Thrill Seekers, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
